📌 Introduction
In July 2025, a heartbreaking incident near Jaipur shook me to the core — a man allegedly threw his baby into a borewell and covered it with stones. The child died, unseen and unheard. 💔
This tragedy inspired me to build something that could save lives instead of losing them.
Thus, I created “Jeevan Daan” — a smart safety and adoption box designed to protect helpless newborns and offer them a second chance at life.
🧠 Why Jeevan Daan?
There are parents who feel overwhelmed by poverty, fear, or social stigma. But hurting or abandoning a baby is never the solution.
👉 Jeevan Daan gives them a safe, anonymous, and humane alternative — a box where they can place the baby without fear or shame, knowing help will arrive immediately.
💡 What Does Jeevan Daan Do?
This smart box detects, protects, and alerts in real-time:
✅ Detects baby’s presence using weight sensor (HX711 + Load Cell)
✅ Monitors heartbeat and oxygen (MAX30100)
✅ Controls temperature and humidity (DHT11, LM35)
✅ Locks automatically to prevent harm
✅ Sends SMS with time + location via SIM800L + GPS
✅ Activates oxygen pump and fan to provide breathable air
✅ Alerts nearby child welfare departments for rescue and adoption
✅ Works even without electricity (solar/battery backup)
